Each year, BarkleyOKRP hosts Good Night Great Day (GNGD), a two-day celebration of the year's accomplishments and an opportunity to set bold goals for the future. For 2023, the creative team brought FreshFunk to life—a theme centered on originality, energy, and fearless thinking.

“It’s that smell, that itch, that burning in your belly and breaking of your brain that comes with something radically original.” FreshFunk was led by the “lead lemming”—not a follower, but a trailblazer. The visual identity featured vibrant gradients, punchy colors, bold typography, and dynamic iconography, creating a design system that matched the spirit of the event. From start to finish, GNGD 2023 was a celebration of fresh ideas and unfiltered creativity.
